I probably wouldn’t have read (listened to) this book if I had known the underlying subject since I lived through that time. People don’t want to remember even if everything that happened affects the present. The book gets it right even though it is fiction. Fascinating story. Reader for the book, perfect.

This is the best book I’ve heard in a long time and I listen to A LOT of books on my commute to and from work every day. The narrator was amazing, the story drew me in from the start. It is well written and well narrated.
