So very pink. Bright and sunny and cheerful. I mean, she has at least 104 pairs of sunglasses. Why? I have never seen a woman wear so many sunglasses: red, pink, blue, green, encrusted with glitter. I do not understand it.
As for her organizational skills? Abyss. Her attention to detail? Does not exist. Her ability to frustrate me to no end? Exactly. I should never have hired her. Lola Pink doesn’t fit my schedule. However, she rushed into my life anyway; and she changed everything. Now I’m having a hard time trying to keep the company running and the two of us alive, while Lola turns my life into a rosy one.
This book has a bunch of amazing and quirky characters. I love the way Gina La Manna writes. The story has a lot of suspense and the start of a romance. I liked that the book didn’t have much violence nor any sexual imagery. It was a very interesting book. The narration is very good.
I’m known to my family for ruining every mystery/horror movie, because I have a knack for detail and solve it pretty quickly. So I turned to audio mystery books for a new challenge. This book did not give it up easily. It makes me work for it. I recommend the book. Nothing vulgar. So you can listen with children nearby.
