It’s the story of the shocking underworld of organized crime Black and the fledgling “godfather” Black, who went from teenage gangster to powerful Detroit gangster. Like the gangsters of the 1920s, he started off with loot mining and head-first into every known crime.

A large part of Goines’ 39-year life was as a successful pimp, a gypsy, a corn liquor store operator, an armed robber and a petty drug dealer.
He lived life on the streets, and from that experience he created Prince, the anti-hero of the Black Gangster.
