They were approached by an unknown man, Meryl Hawkins. The man arrested by Decker was Meryl Hawkins. Years ago when he was a detective, Mr. Decker made a serious mistake with serious consequences. Hawkins was in prison for several decades, he was old and terminally ill. He always insisted that he did not commit any killings.
