Metal Mage 4 – Free Full Audiobook

Metal Mage 4 is the fourth science fiction book in the series by author Eric Vall.
With the railway in operation, Mason Flynt and his group of wizards turned their attention to the dwarven kingdom of Orebane located in the frigid mountains north of Draconis.

To get the dwarves to agree to their new trade deal, Mason will have to prove his mettle against deadly cave dragons, towering ice giants, and the Master pulling strings behind the scene. .

Temperatures may be dropping, but the heat is continuing.

Every book is at least a mild improvement over the nook before. Each book has expanded the list of characters but not all the new characters transfer to the new books so the cast is kept manageable. Each book expands the world a bit more as well. The plot is still strong and builds nicely on what has gone before. Please keep them coming.

My personal plea at the end of the review. Michael Scott Earle is one of my favorite authors. On his Facebook page he suggested his readers check out Planet Brokers by a new author named Eric Vall. I liked the story, it was not so awesome that it blew away any other book I’ve read but it was a good solid story, with a strong plot, interesting characters and quality writing. I’ve continued reading Eric’s releases as well as Planet Brokers 2 and buy every new book he releases. Sadly the sales were poor compared to later books. As mentioned Eric Vall is a good enough author I buy all of his new releases but Planet Brokers still holds a special spot and I miss the series. My hope is that if enough people go back and buy the first two books in the series sales will get to a point where it will make sense to revive the series. I have no idea how many sales it will take to accomplish this. I’d guess the whole idea is akin to a hail mary pass but it might work and I figure at the worst I’ve steered some people toward a dead series that is still a good read.

The author is creative in the story line and it holds my interest. Some scenes are in great detail and tend to make me want to fast forward a bit though. Also, the editing could be improved as there are misused words, although at least a spell check was done. I have already purchased the next book in the series.
