My Sister’s Stalker is a beautiful book by author Nancy Springer.
When his parents divorced, 16-year-old Rig and his younger sister Karma were separated. She’s in college – too busy to even answer Rig’s calls. So one day he Googled her up and discovered a “temple” website filled with photos of his sister.
His mother thought it was romantic, but Rig found the whole thing creepy; and surprisingly, his estranged, judgmental father shares Rig’s worries as well. They fly to Karma’s university to investigate. The site grows increasingly unsettling, with voyeuristic photos and angry words. Then, Rig is attacked with a knife. Because of the government’s insanely slow response, Rig sets out on his own to find his sister’s stalker before it’s too late.
