This is the first book I read/heard by Corinne Michaels and I really enjoyed it. Callum is an alpha male who sees Nicoles and knows that he wants her. Nicole has been hurt in the past and now she has consulted with Callum so she doesn’t want to get involved but they have too much chemistry. This is a relatively low-key book, certainly an easy read.
As for audiobooks, Andi Arndt and Shane East are really premiere storytellers and honestly, I could hear these two read just about anything. Shane East has a great voice but he also plays American characters very well. Andi is the complete opposite, great male and female voices (one of my favorites in the business) but also influences British accents where appropriate. They totally elevate the story so while I enjoyed the whole story, listening (via the Audible exit) was a real pleasure
