When I first heard about the new jedi order 15 years ago, I couldn’t stop working because of what they did to Chewbacca. However, many years have passed and this book was written in a special way; knowing what’s beyond the galaxy makes this book significantly better and it gives me the feel of older star wars books because this book comes from a more civilized age. Love it and getting ready for the rest of the abeloth saga and now looking forward to hoping the new jedi order will get the full audiobook treatment. Exciting adventure already and about an hour into the second book and you love it too!

I really hope the rest of the series isn’t as slow, because man, this was a drag from start to finish. I really wanted to like this series, especially since it was supposed to be Star Wars meets Lovecraft. The only thing keeping this story from becoming a snooze festival is Marc Thompson. Also very sad to hear this story lacks sound effects and music..
