Raging Rival Hearts/ The Lost Clan, Book 4 – Free Full Audiobook

Raging Rival Hearts is the fourth book in The Lost Clan series by author Olivia Wildenstein.
Hunters are the enemy. That’s what we fairies are always told.

Breaking my engagement with the man I’ve loved all my life was a dangerous act, one that got me banished from the fairy island. I did know the risks, though. I knew that if Cruz, Cat, or my brother didn’t find a way to get me home, the fire in my veins would die out until it died out, and with it my life.

With only a few weeks left to live, I set out on my final adventure: Discovering if any more Daneelies survived the massacre, the same way that Catori’s ancestors did. Even though I decided to go alone, Kajika insisted on going with me.

I want to believe that he came because he liked me. But I’m still the enemy…the dumb girl he can hear talking when no one else can…the only one who can follow him when he doesn’t want to be discovered.

In The Lost Clan series, Raging Rival Hearts is my favorite movie. This book is still set in Rose Petal Graves, but the focus of the story shifts from the original protagonists to Kajika and Lily’s point of view from where we left off in book three. This pairing is your grumpy-incident duet. Kajika believes that he must set an example of being a “tough” warrior for his clan, while at the same time offering an ideal against all Fae. While Lily, a Fae, is the complete opposite of Kajika with her bright and bubbly personality. The events of book three are at the center of Lily in this sequel, leaving Lily to make a decision between fighting for her life or succumbing to death.

During this time, Lily turns to Kajika for help due to their special ability to communicate with each other since Lily is mute (I won’t reveal how they connect). Kajika pretends not to care about anything and always denies his feelings in any situation, but he always shows up unexpectedly when Lily needs him. Even as Lily tries to prove that she can do things independently even in dangerous circumstances.
