Beth Cornett is a good girl in town, so it makes sense to stay away from dangerous motor club members. Unfortunately, Beth caught the eye of Razer, who was intent on tempting her despite her suspicions.
When her worst fears are realized, Beth is heartbroken and determined to forget her walk on the wild side. Razer wouldn’t change for any woman, including Beth.
However, he realizes his mistake too late and she will not forgive and forget. There must be a killer intent on targeting Beth to bring her back to him and the last horsemen for protection. Razer may have learned her lesson, but as long as she’s at the club, Beth has to play by their rules.
I hated the first half of the book and especially hated Razer. Miss Hart has a beautiful voice but is not very attractive as a grown woman. She sounds more childish than having taken away from the book. I was surprised at how the story ended. I wish the author had brought more information to the story of female bikers attached to Beth. It will be fun to see the women take their revenge on Razer.
I really enjoyed the books. I like the flow of the story. I love the innocence of the character. So much so that you hurt her when the club and Razer seemed to turn their backs on her. I enjoyed listening to Elizabeth Hart narrate both the male and female parts. She is reliable in both parts.
