The Sword of Summer is the first book in the series by Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard by Rick Riordan. The story tells a boy Magnus Chase has always been a troubled child, ever since the mysterious death of Magnus’s mother, the boy survived by rain in the streets of Boston. He was later followed by an uncle, who told him a secret that he was the son of a Norse god. The gods are preparing everything for the war, to prevent everything Magnus from finding the Nine-Tailed Weapons that have lost thousands of years to protect the innocent.
